Key programs include:


Orientation
To provide all new employees with the foundation of what they will be doing during their daily work, immediate after being hired, they are introduced to MarketLinc as a company, to our culture, to our industry, to our expectations and to our consultative sales approach.

Sales Training
New Account Managers are introduced to MarketLinc’s consultative approach and are given the opportunity to practice these skills in a role-playing environment.
   
Beyond the initial training, each one of our Account Managers has a dedicated training resource in his or her Sales Manager.
   
On an ongoing basis, during team sessions and in individual sessions, the Sales Manager provides feedback and instruction as well as further training to help refine and expand new Account Manager’s skills. 

Project Training
Prior to starting on any of our Client projects, MarketLinc employees go through extensive training for the products or services they will be offering on behalf of our Clients.
   
The focus of this training is on understanding the needs of the customer and on identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

Interpersonal Management Skills
MarketLinc is pleased to provide employees who qualify with the opportunity to participate in practical Interpersonal Management Skills training sessions, focused on life skills. 
   
The skills learned, not only help our individual staff improve their sales results, but also improve interactions in their personal life.

Advanced Negotiation Skills
During our initial Sales Training, all our employees build upon their basic negotiation skills. 
   
However, for higher-end sales programs in the Corporate Division, MarketLinc also offers Advanced Negotiation Skills training to prepare our Account Managers for effective business conversations with C-level Executives.

Advanced Account Development Strategies
MarketLinc’s Advanced Account Development Strategies training, available to our Corporate Division Account Managers, addresses the need for investigation and account development in complex sales situations.
   
Our Advanced Account Development Strategies training builds skills and confidence to succeed and is an integral part of the training.

Leadership Skills
Ongoing MarketLinc Leadership Skills seminars and activities provide the opportunity for our staff to grow as individuals, as well as allows them to form a solid and productive team.
   
The learnings reinforce what staff already know about perseverance and motivation, and allows for ongoing refinement of skills.
