Overview
The Online Sales Accelerator provides direct interaction and sales presence for Web site visitors to convert more prospects into customers, reduce shopping cart abandonment and grow online revenue without additional cost.
Revenue growth and customer satisfaction gains are driven by utilizing conversion optimization expertise, visitor analytics, interaction technology, expert sales associates, proprietary integrated reporting, and daily program management.
The Online Sales Accelerator is deployed to interact with Web site visitors who display navigation behaviors indicating they are lost, abandoning, and have commercial intent but require sales assistance. Customer satisfaction and order values are increased by providing shoppers with live sales support. Visitor behavior triggers rules that are captured by the software and begin the interaction and sales process with live sales agents.
Easy Evaluation
After validating your Web site's traffic patterns and buyer behavior with an in depth analysis of your analytics data, every partnership we launch begins with an evaluation period to prove the concept and validate that incremental revenue production is taking place. The typical evaluation period requires a 90 day study with a small sample population of unique visitors.
The path to revenue production from the moment an evaluation agreement is approved usually takes about six to eight weeks, with most of the launch and training activities falling on MarketLinc's shoulders.
Once the concept is proven and it's clear that incremental lift is taking place, we increase the program to interact with a larger group of traffic in creating new revenue for your site. Typical ramp up time to full production can happen in as little as 60 days.
Control Groups
To prove that true incremental revenue is growing as a result of the Online Sales Accelerator, production of revenue is measured against a control group of same-characteristic Web traffic as identified during our pre-launch analysis of your site's traffic. This control group does not see any evidence of live sales support on the Web site.
Although the control group displays the exact same analytics data as those the Online Sales Accelerator interacts with, they are left to navigate the site on their own to ensure transparency in A/B testing.
The revenue results of the two groups are compared in real time and the results speak for themselves: the Online Sales Accelerator creates true incremental revenue, by increasing conversions and average order value.
Depth of Operations
Each Online Sales Accelerator partnership is unique. While there have been countless best practices gleaned from over 500 partnership launches, there are many elements which make each program slightly different, such as your customer demographic, your product mix, licensing terms, and complementary offerings.
Every program is managed around three key elements of prospect pre-qualification, prospect qualification and prospect conversion - each with their own set of technology, procedures, and staffing requirements.
We deploy up to four specific job functions on each program to ensure that every element of your shoppers’ experience is optimized for absolute customer satisfaction and maximum revenue production.
Quality Control
Enhancing profit margin on consumer software with live sales support is not an easy process to execute. Scaling it on global Web properties across multiple geographies is even more complicated and difficult to manage.
Every Online Sales Accelerator program is managed around four key data driven measures which amount to an overall quality score. Over 200 specific measures in every prospect interaction are tracked, weighted and analyzed by program managers for quality control.
Trends are identified in real time and action plans are implemented both with your organization and our sales process to ensure continuous improvements in revenue production, web shopper experience and your online brand equity.
Technology
Our technology infrastructure is designed to collect and report on data points across all customer interactions.
Chat transcripts, sales associate evaluations, data entry accuracy, prospect behavior analytics and many other measures are stored and accessed in real time.
This technology stack provides us with a powerful predictive modeling ability to forecast revenue production in "what if" scenarios to identify the best, most profitable customers who are abandoning or not spending as much as they could.
We rely heavily on our world class business intelligence systems and team of analysts to translate meaningful insights gleaned during prospect interactions about your customer demographic, competitive threats and consumer perception about your brand that can only be obtained directly from the voice of the customer during the cycle of buying behavior.

Cost Model
Our cost model is simple – share with us in the rewards of creating new revenue and let us shoulder all the financial, technical and human capital risk. We are compensated on a percentage of the new revenue we create.
This means that if we can’t create a lift in your order values while converting more of your Web traffic, then we don’t get paid.
There is no budget required for capital investments, software, “consulting engagement” or any other start-up costs. We get paid for the revenue performance we deliver at the bottom line of your income statement – because there are no fixed or upfront expenses in partnering with us.
